Josh Hunter, our Employing Broker and his team of agents find education to be extremely important and regularly attend continuing education courses to sharpen skills that benefit our buyers.

We offer a 100% free MLS search, you can view it here. Our searching platform is a direct feed from our local MLS system, so data is rarely if ever outdated. Once you have defined your search criteria you can view photos, virtual tours, tax information, school district information, shopping and dining nearby and so much more. In addition to these great services you can also choose to SAVE your FAVORITES and even get daily or weekly updates with new listings! Our brokerage also utilizes an electronic contract system designed to help simplify and streamline the document process. This makes it easier for us to work with those that may be out of town or have a schedule where it is difficult to address time sensitive documents in person.
Transaction Management
Once we find your perfect home and negotiate the terms, there are many more things to keep in line to ensure a smooth and stress free closing. From title documents, HOA financials all the way to inspections and appraisals we will keep everything in order and ensure all of our deadlines are met. We as Realtors have many important tasks once we are under contract and many of us use full time, staffed transaction coordinators to help make the transaction as smooth as we can for you. Our main goal is to ensure that you are educated about the transaction and have as little stress as possible throughout the process.
