Andrea, an unlicensed partner at St. Vrain Realty and a licensed Realtor and employing broker of Longmont Property Group, St. Vrain Realty's sister company. Longmont Property Group specializes in residential property management in the Longmont area.

I have lived in Longmont, CO for over 8 years, originally hailing from the beautiful Pacific Northwest, just outside Seattle, WA, where I attended the University of Washington. With over 300 days of sunshine here in Colorado, I couldn't imagine a better place to call home than Longmont, nestled along the front range!

I currently reside in the Spring Valley subdivision at Ute Creek, and I love spending time with my three children. In my free time, I enjoy camping, DIY projects, hiking, and running. I also have a passion for staging and home décor. In fact, HGTV Magazine recognized me as a winner in their “look-alike” contest in 2017. I have a keen eye for design and can quickly envision the potential of a space. From hosting open houses to drafting contracts, I believe it’s the small touches that make the most impact.

I’m also committed to giving back to my community and actively support the Wishbone Foundation, a local nonprofit providing bereavement services to parents who have experienced the loss of a child.

I am an experienced negotiator, comfortable with all types of real estate transactions, and I specialize in relocation.
